Our Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) facility allows customers to pay only a portion of the order value in advance, with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Partial COD is available only for domestic orders within India. International orders are not eligible for this payment option.
2. A mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm all Partial COD orders. Orders will be processed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.
3. The advance payment will be adjusted against the total order value. The remaining 50% balance must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
4. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to receive the order.
5. Shipping charges will be applicable for all cancelled Partial COD orders, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
