Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – Terms & Conditions

Our Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) facility allows customers to pay only a portion of the order value in advance, with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1.⁠ ⁠Partial COD is available only for domestic orders within India. International orders are not eligible for this payment option.
2.⁠ ⁠A mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm all Partial COD orders. Orders will be processed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.
3.⁠ ⁠The advance payment will be adjusted against the total order value. The remaining 50% balance must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
4.⁠ ⁠The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to receive the order.
5.⁠ ⁠Shipping charges will be applicable for all cancelled Partial COD orders, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
