If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for verification.

Customers are required to ship the product back at their own expense.
Once verified, we will replace the product through the fastest possible courier service.
Every product dispatched from our warehouse undergoes multiple quality checks and packaging verification before shipment.

Return Policy

Refunds are not applicable unless specifically approved under exceptional circumstances.

Important Note About Ethnic Wear

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of ethnic wear, slight variations and minimal shedding of:

Motis
Sequins
Stones
Beads
Embroidery work

may occur during transit or while opening the package. This is completely normal and should not be considered a defect.

All outfits are carefully inspected before dispatch and packed securely using vacuum packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Customers are requested to open packages carefully to avoid damage to delicate embellishments.

Minor handwork variations and slight embellishment shedding are a natural characteristic of handmade ethnic wear and therefore are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
