We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Shipping returns

We humbly don’t take any returns on item being sold once

Damaged/ wrong delivery:- If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. Ypu have to send back the outfit on your expense and we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

*Due to the delicate nature of ethnic wear, slight shedding of motis, sequins, stones, beads, or embroidery work may occur during transit or while opening the package. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

All outfits are carefully checked before dispatch and packed using secure vacuum packaging for safe delivery.

Customers are requested to open the package carefully. Minor handwork variations and slight embellishment shedding are part of handmade ethnic wear and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
